The activities carried out in the firm mainly concern the area of companies with share capital – in-cluding listed companies – and regard, among other things, the creation of new companies (includ-ing start-ups, innovative SMEs, benefit companies), extraordinary operations such as amendments to the articles of association and capital transactions, issue of stock options, warrants and financial in-struments, mini bonds, convertible and non-convertible bonds, transformations, mergers (including cross-border mergers), demergers, dissolution and liquidations, disposals of equity investments and share swaps.
The firm also provides assistance to companies, multinational groups and public entities in the man-agement of current activities (filing of the company officers and financial statements, powers of at-torney, extracts, endorsements).
